Fruity Smoothie Immuno Bowl
Ingredients
- ½ cup Apples (cut into cubes)
- ¼ cup Black Grapes (cut into two)
- ¼ cup Green Grapes (cut into two if large)
- 2 tbsp Red pomegranate seeds
- ¼ cup Capsicum (cubed)
- ¼ cup Cucumber (cubed)
- 1½ cup Thick curds*
- 2 tbsp Skim milk powder*
- 1 tbsp Walnuts, crushed
- 15 gms Raisins
- ½ tsp Crushed pepper-corns
- ¼ tsp Mustard powder
- 2 tsp Celery stalks, finely chopped
- 3 tsp Honey
- Salt – to taste
Instructions
- Mix the skim milk powder well into warm milk and set curds using a starter
- Place the cut apples, grapes, pomegranate, cucumber, capsicum in a bowl and chill for a while
- In another bowl combine the thick curds, crushed pepper corns, honey, salt, mustard powder, and celery
- Add the chilled fruits and vegetables to the curd mixture, add walnuts and raisins, adjust the seasonings
- Transfer into a serving dish
- Serve with crushed low fat “Khakra” or toasted bread crotons
- You may use seasonal fruits and vegetables of your choice
