Paneer Protein Punch
Ingredients
- 250 ml milk(1 tall glass)
- 1 tbsp Sugar or Honey -to taste, approx.
- 3 tbsp Sitaphal pulp* -(custard apple)
- 2 tsp Milk masala (optional, can add few pinches of cardamom pd if desired)
- 3-4 Blanched almonds for garnish
- Bits of chopped fresh fruits or dry fruits can be used for garnish
- * Can use banana or avocado or tender coconut malai
Instructions
- Blend all the Ingredients together in a blender except the garnish
- Serve in a deep bowl, garnished with fresh fruits or dry fruits of your choice
- May be served chilled if desired.
