Soya-Macaroni Delight
Ingredients
- 2 Cup Boiled macaroni
- ½ Cup Soya granules
- 4 medium Blanched chopped tomato
- 4 tbsp Boiled American corn
- 4 tbsp Finely chopped capsicum
- 2 Chopped onion
- 6-7 Cloves Grated garlic
- 2 stalk Chopped celery
- 3 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 10 tsp Chili flakes or chili powder
- Salt- to taste
- 3 tsp Hot and Sweet ketchup
- 3-4 pinch Ajwain
Instructions
- Heat oil and butter in a kadai
- Add ajwain, onion, garlic and saute
- When onions are golden brown add the finely chopped blanched tomatoes
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes till pulpy and smooth
- Soak the soya granules in hot salted water for ten minutes, squeeze, and add to the sauted tomatoes
- Add chopped capsicum and celery
- Add the corn, mix well
- Add salt, chili flakes and boiled macaroni
- Mix, add cheese, adjust seasoning
- Add ketchup and mix
- Serve hot
- SERVE WITH A MILKSHAKE MADE OF SEASONAL FRUIT
